Accessibility statement
Everyone running a business should be able to read Digital Advisors, however they use the web.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site.
What we do
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and a skip link, so you can navigate by keyboard or screen reader.
- Every interactive element shows a visible focus indicator, and the menu can be operated and closed with the keyboard.
- Text and controls meet colour contrast requirements, and layouts reflow to a 320-pixel-wide screen without sideways scrolling.
- Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers. Advertising images include their full text as alternative text.
- Links say where they go, and links that open a new tab say so.
- Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- We write in plain English and explain terms the first time we use them.
How we check
Every release is checked automatically for structural accessibility rules before it can be published, and we regularly run full automated audits and manual keyboard, zoom and screen reader checks.
Known limitations
- Some linked sources, such as government PDFs and third-party pages, are outside our control and may not be fully accessible.
- Downloadable templates are plain text or CSV files; they work with screen readers but have no formatting.
Report a problem
If something on the site doesn't work for you, contact us with the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days.
